What is Student Edge Plus?
Many young people have no support navigating life outside school. We wanted to change that. So we teamed up with subject-matter experts to create on-demand learning that teaches essential skills for the world of jobs, money, and uni. This way, students can face these big next life steps with more confidence, smarts, and success. Student Edge Plus membership includes 3 pathways: Get Job Ready, Real Money Talk, and Ready, Set, Uni.
Real Money Talk develops financial foundations. It covers things like tax, budgeting strategies, investing, super and other necessities needed day-to-day.
Ready, Set, Uni gives students the frameworks to find their purpose, discover the right courses, and alternative strategies to get into their ideal course—with or without good grades.
Get Job Ready helps students discover their ideal jobs, new ways to stand out to employers, and skills so they can be successful.

What is Student Edge Plus?
Student Edge Plus curates and produces the best learning experiences to ensure our student members have easy access to pathways and courses that are relevant, meaningful and useful to their life and career.
Pathways and courses are designed in line with what school system curricula and global competency frameworks highlight as the knowledge, skills and dispositions required for the future of work.
Why Student Edge Plus?
Research we’ve conducted, in-conjunction with our research arm, YouthInsight, highlighted that young people aren’t being taught valuable life skills, such as financial literacy, resilience and communication skills.
With 70% of young Australians now concerned about their financial wellbeing, and 49% of employers reporting a soft-skills gap amongst early career professionals, we recognised the need to do more for our members.
This is where Student Edge Plus comes in, to address this skills gap and solves challenges facing young people.
